Ingredients

1 C Whole Milk, Warmed
1/3 C White Sugar
1 Package Active Dry Yeast
1/3 C Unsalted Butter, Melted
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Salt
3 1/2 C All-Purpose Flour

For The Honey Cinnamon Butter

1/2 C Unsalted Butter, Softened
1/4 C Honey
1/4 C Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

1Mix Water, Yeast, Sugar, and Honey in a mixing bowl with a paddle.

2Add Milk, Eggs, Butter, and Salt with 2 C Flour. Mix until consistency of pancake batter consistency (can add more flour if needed - just subtract from total).

3Add dough hook and add Flour (est. 7-8 C) just starting with 7 and see if dough forms a ball (once it does, knead 5 min).

4Sprinkle flour on counter. Stretch and tuck into a ball and rest for 10 min.

5Add EVOO to mixing bowl, place ball top down to coat with oil, then flip.

6Rise 1 hour (or until doubled).
